His involvement with new and existing buildings include high-rise, healthcare, data center, bioresearch, pharmaceutical, institutional, and military facilities. Daniel is a skilled assessor of mechanical/ electrical systems and uses a solutions-based approach to integrate and optimize performance. This knowledge benefits projects by identifying issues in the early stages of design, installation and functional testing. He also specializes in fire, life, safety certification and acceptance testing for all types and sizes of buildings.

Lead the team on this three (3) story, 400,000 square feet, new construction office building. Attended job site meetings, developed daily deficiency reports and followed to resolution. Coordinated daily tasks to complete the testing of 215 hydronic heat pumps, 140 dual duct VAV’s, and 10 high efficiency energy recovery roof top units. Participated in the commissioning process to prove expected energy savings.
Project Lead
Heavily involved in the sale, scheduling, project management, and completion of testing on 380 ceiling radiation fire and combination fire/smoke dampers on this three-building campus. Developed the project safety plan to help navigate and schedule workflow around the inpatient residents. This testing also resulted in the repair or replacements of over 150 fire dampers. Created a final report which certifies these buildings for 6 years.
Seattle, Washington
Installed Needle Point Bipolarity Ion (NPBI) generators in 17 air handling units serving 37 floors of office space in downtown Seattle. Coordinated the purchase and delivery of all the required NPBI units and developed a safety plan, required for COVID-19 protocols, to complete the installation. Submitted a final report which showed the average ion concentration levels for each floor before and after the project.
